3.断口分析
从断裂件断口(经酒精清洗后)的宏观形貌上看,其断口呈暗灰色,看不出任何晶界和晶面的痕迹。断裂前产生了明显的塑性滑移变形,这是一种比较典型的韧性断口,亦有人称其为纤维状断口,断裂过程中吸收了较多的能量,一般是在高于材料屈服应力条件下的高能断裂。
